Tonight is our Ice Cream and "Jam" at  church. I used to worry and stress when this time of year rolled around. I heard the other ladies at church talk about all the work they put into making  Home Made Ice cream. Then I found this AMAZING Recipe! Ingredients 2 quarts half-and-half cream 1/2 pint heavy cream 1 1/2 cups white sugar 4 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 pinch salt Directions Combine half-and-half, cream, sugar, vanilla and salt in freezer container of ice cream maker.
