      • What forms of payment do you accept?
      Still waters bath currently accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept money orders, business checks and personal checks. To place an order by check, please call customer service at the number below. Please note that there is a $50 returned check fee.

      • Is there a shipping cost?

      We offer free shipping on any order over $50 to anywhere in the continental United States. For items under, $50, there is a $4.49 shipping charge. Shipping to Canada and other countries outside the United States have certain restrictions. Please see our Shipping Policies for more details.

      • Do you charge a sales tax?

      Items purchased and shipped to Wyoming are subject to sales tax. All other orders are free of tax.

      • How do I cancel or change an order?

      Please call customer service as soon as possible. We are usually able to cancel your order or make changes within an hour of your ordering. If an item has already shipped, keep in mind that you may return it within 30 days.

      • How do I make a return?

      We accept returns on items in saleable condition made within 30 days of purchase. For guidelines on how to return an item and exceptions, please see our Repairs & Returns.

      • Do you offer a warranty?

      Still waters bath products are covered for a period of 1 years from the date of purchase. For more information, also see our Warranty page.

      • Do you have a catalog?

      Still waters bath currently prints an annual full-color catalog that is available for free.

      • How do I learn about new products or special offers?
