I am ashamed to admit it, but I have been showering wrong for years! Oh sure I change my loofah often, come on who doesn't? However I missed the mark when it comes to shaving and brushing my teeth... fine I will start combing my hair out  as well.   The main point of this is , slow down and enjoy your shower time!   Are you Showering Wrong?

soon Summer will end and the kids will head back to school. I know some already have, and some are headed back in a few days. Mine have a few more weeks before classes start, however football starts this week. Looking at the calendar is almost enough to make you crazy, between band, football and weights.
