Welcome to August...

soon Summer will end and the kids will head back to school. I know some already have, and some are headed back in a few days. Mine have a few more weeks before classes start, however football starts this week. Looking at the calendar is almost enough to make you crazy, between band, football and weights.

When the kids were little and I was a young mother, I looked forward to the school year so I could have just a little tiny bit of "me time". As the kids get older, I dread the school year because each new school year is one step closer to the last first day...but that is another post.
