We all do it, we make resolutions we have every intention to keep and yet by week 3 we backslide a little. By the time we hit week 15 they have long passed, if we can even recall the resolutions we made at all. Most of us are guilty of never once making good on our resolution!
Why do we do this to ourselves? why do we set things up so that we fail? This has been bugging me for days, as I take down and put away Christmas decorations. As I run the last reports for the year, as I set new sales goals and challenges for 2017.
Goals help us reach a new potentials, ones we never would have known we had until we set our goals and reached them. We needs goals, what we don't need is resolutions I challenge you this this year not to make one resolution, but to make 5 goals. Even if they are as simple as cleaning the fridge out more often (this is one of mine), set goals you can reach ones you won't forget about in the weeks to come!
