Will Winter Ever End?

Do you ever fell like it this winter has drug on and on? I do, I used to have a rule the heater came on November first, then went off March first. If you would of asked me mid February how soon Spring would be here, I would of said any day now as it was 60+ most of February. March came and so did the cold, wind and rains.
